- Start Date July 17th (temp to perm position)
- Scan and index accounting documents into electronic document storage platform.
- Scan and index vendor invoices into electronic invoice management platform, route as appropriate for approval.
- Assist with review of vendor account statements as needed.
- Manage and track owner inquiries via phone and email, route to appropriate accountant for resolution.
- Monthly mail out of joint interest billings and revenue checks, handle returned mail for address corrections.
- Enter outside operated revenue detail into the accounting system.
- Enter accounts receivable payments into the accounting system.
- Enter miscellaneous cash entries into the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements.
